Good Day to you fine citizens

 Im here to fuck shit up with my weekly awards.  Be sure check my blog every weekend for a new edition.  i'll be rating local pittsburgh social, culinary, cultural scenes as well as a few national topics and sprinkled in for good measure some irrational outrageous downright entertaining opinions. Lets get down to it:

 Cuban Sandwich of the Week: 

 the Cuban Sandwich at Kaya in the strip district.  3 to 5 kinds of salty meats piled high with some sort of awesome cheese and whole grain mustard pickles and a special spicey mayo.  does it get any better?  actually, yes it does roman.  it comes with sweet potato french fries.  this shit would make castro proud.  if only we could end the embargo on sansabelt slacks.

 New bar of the week: 

Local in southside.  opened by the owner of diesel this place has a much lower key atmosphere but still packs a powerful punch's worth of hot sometime stuck up chicks who dont like your comments about their lipstick, great drinks, good vibes and a lovely rooftop patio.  watch out for getting your dome burned on their portable heat lamps however, they sit somewhat low i think someone caught on fire the other night.  other than that i give this place high merits

im currently sitting in my apartment watching tribe called quest videos on a loop thanks to mtv jams and dvr.

there is a strange man cleaning my couch so i am sitting at my dining area table

 last week i went to the southside with people significantly younger than myself.  when i was in college they were around 7 yrs old.  they might have been born in the 90s

 i work for my dad.  i took the entire day off for one couch cleaning appointment at 1pm.  hes not happy

 in my travels to the southside i met the girl from the mattress world commercials.  her family owns the company.  must be nice

 my friend matt gleason loves jameson.  he was drinking it neat the other night.  he is also the founder of this web site

 sunday afternoons are usually reserved for buffalo chicken sandwiches at max ermas.  they always put us at the same table.  and we always order the same thing.  sometimes routine is good

the guy who writes what would tyler durden do.com seems like someone i should hang out with.  i am going to LA next  week so i probably should give him a call.  i have paris hiltons old number and the number to the playboy mansion. count it!
